On the fourteenth anniversary of 9/11, our nation and much of the free world remembers and mourns the horrendous events of that day. May we each take a moment to commemorate the victims, their families, and the many first responders that suffered on that tragic day.
Let us make today one of reflection, remembrance and prayer. In many ways, our world seems even less safe than it did on September 11, 2001, but we need to put our political and bureaucratic positions aside and quietly honor those that have died or suffered as a result of September 11, 2001.
The future is uncertain, but as of today, our nation is still free. God Bless America and its People. And may He further extend his mercy on this country.
